My students all drew monsters for a short exercise. The monsters they drew were excellent and they agreed to write about them for this blog. This monster is from Vong-Kham Souvannavong:
A zombie butcher is a revolution in the world of nightmares.
It means that zombies are not obliged to eat raw meat like uncivilized monsters anymore!
My monster is a crazy modern genius inspired by his own hunger! Crazy because he has a butcher knife in his head (he looks like “Zombie Gaga!”) just to threaten humans and to have a monster style, modern because this butcher loves money and genius because he is creating a new world!
This monster has the entire key to succeed in his project! But, he’s still very dreadful in appearance!
At first glance, he does not inspire confidence: I think it is all about the butcher knife in the brain…
There are many humorous (but not politically correct) expressions for being “crazy” or “gaga”. Here are a few:
he’s as mad
as a box of frogs
he’s as mad
as a hatter
she’s a few
cards short of a full deck
he’s stark
raving mad
she’s off
her rocker
she’s as
nutty as a fruitcake
he’s
(completely) nuts
she’s lost
her marbles
